1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Kylen Griffin, who operates AI Without Worry (“AI Without Worry,” “we,” “us” or “our”). They apply to your use of aiwithoutworry.com, our email newsletter, free guides, and any related content, workshops or products (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Who may use the Services

The Services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to our newsletter, comment, register for events or make purchases.

3. Educational information only, not professional advice

Our content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax, medical or professional cybersecurity advice, and it does not create a professional or client relationship of any kind. Our content may be based on public guidance from government agencies and other sources, but we are not affiliated with or endorsed by those agencies.

Before acting on information about your money, accounts, health or legal matters, consult a qualified professional or contact the relevant organization directly using contact details you already trust. If you think you have been scammed, contact your bank or card company right away and report it to the appropriate authorities, such as ReportFraud.ftc.gov or ic3.gov. Do not wait for a reply from us.

4. No guarantees about scams or technology

Scams, fraud techniques and AI tools change constantly. We cannot guarantee that our content will identify every scam, that a message we describe as likely safe is safe, or that information remains current after publication. If you send us a suspicious message, any response we provide is our general opinion only, and you remain responsible for your own decisions. Descriptions of AI tools, features and prices may change without notice.

5. Newsletter and emails

When you subscribe, you agree to receive our weekly newsletter and related emails, such as the free guide and occasional announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We may change the frequency or format of our emails, or stop offering them, at any time.

6. Your submissions

You may send us questions, comments, feedback, or examples of suspicious messages (“Submissions”). By sending a Submission, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate anyone else’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, adapt and publish your Submission, in whole or in part, to create and improve our content. We will not publish your name or details that identify you without your permission.

Please remove passwords, account numbers, Social Security numbers and other sensitive information before sending us anything. We may moderate, edit or remove comments at our discretion.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene or misleading.
• Post spam, advertisements or links to scams, malware or phishing sites.
• Impersonate any person or organization, including AI Without Worry.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, interfere with their operation, or probe, scan or test their security without our written permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy the Services in bulk, including to train artificial intelligence models, without our written permission.
• Use our content to create, improve or carry out scams or fraud.

8. Our content and how you may share it

The Services, including articles, newsletters, guides, graphics, logos and the AI Without Worry name, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, revocable license to read, download and print our content for your own use and to share it with family and friends.

You are welcome to share links to our articles and to forward our emails. You may print our free guides for personal use or to share free of charge with your family, friends or community group, as long as you keep our name and website on them. Any other copying, republishing, selling or commercial use requires our written permission.

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, please email hello@aiwithoutworry.com with a description of the work, where it appears on our Site, and your contact information.

9. Third-party websites, tools and services

Our content may mention or link to third-party websites, apps and AI tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security, privacy practices or terms. Mentioning a product does not mean we endorse it. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that provider’s terms.

10. Affiliate links and sponsorships

Some links in our content may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. We may also accept sponsorships. We will clearly disclose affiliate relationships and sponsored content, and we only recommend products we believe may be useful. Our scam alerts and safety guidance are never paid for or influenced by sponsors.

11. Workshops, products and purchases

If we offer paid products, courses or workshops, additional terms, including pricing, delivery and refund terms, will be shown at the time of purchase and will apply together with these Terms. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI WITHOUT WORRY AND ITS OWNER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF MONEY, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON, THE SERVICES, INCLUDING LOSSES CAUSED BY SCAMS, FRAUD OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $50.

Some states do not allow certain limitations of warranties or liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Without Worry and its owner from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your Submissions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of anyone else’s rights.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@aiwithoutworry.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If we cannot resolve it, either party may bring a claim in the state or federal courts located in Pennington County, South Dakota, or in small claims court where you live if your claim qualifies. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

16. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If we make material changes, we will notify subscribers by email. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or end access to the Services, or remove content, at any time, including if you violate these Terms.

17. General

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours in connection with a sale or reorganization of AI Without Worry. Sections 6, 8 and 12 through 15 survive any termination.
